We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie. If your selection is not the perfect fit, you may return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn garments with all original labels and protective hygiene strips intact inside the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
